FOUR-BEAN SALAD
Prep time: 10 minutes
1 can (14.5 oz.) S&W® Wax Beans, drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) S&W Cut Green Beans, drained
1 can (15.5 oz.) S&W Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz.) S&W Black Beans or Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained*
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 small red bell pepper, diced
3/4 cup bottled balsamic salad dressing
1. Combine all beans, onion and bell pepper in a large bowl.
2. Add salad dressing; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
8 servings
*Tip: Try S&W (50% less sodium) Kidney Beans or Black Beans
