PRIMAVERA CHOP SALAD
Prep time: 15 minutes
2 cups chopped fresh spinach or Romaine lettuce
1 can (15.25 oz.) S&W® Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 can (15.5 oz.) S&W Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced red cabbage or red bell pepper
1 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup Italian oil and vinegar dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1. Combine all ingredients; toss well.
4 to 6 servings
